Truth / Translation Wahrheit

The truth hurts. Basically nobody wants to hear the truth, quite especially not if it is a close. Sometimes, we say the truth because we no longer can give other than the truth. Sometimes, we tell the truth, because we have to say it loud, so we hear them. And sometimes we tell the truth, because we can easily otherwise. Sometimes it is so that we tell the truth, because we at least owe the other.

Wahrheit

Die Wahrheit tut weh. Im Grunde genommen will niemand die Wahrheit hören, ganz besonders nicht wenn sie einem nahe geht. Manchmal sagen wir die Wahrheit, weil wir dem anderen nicht mehr geben können als die Wahrheit. Manchmal sagen wir die Wahrheit, weil wir sie laut sagen müssen, damit wir sie selber hören. Und manchmal sagen wir die Wahrheit, weil wir einfach nicht anders können. Manchmal ist es aber auch so, dass wir die Wahrheit sagen, weil wir dem anderen wenigstens das schuldig sind.
